BelloCell® High Density Bioreactor

Bioreactor system with BioNoc™ II Microcarriers.

The disposable BelloCell® is based on the concept of bellow-induced alternating flow of media and air through porous BioNoc™ II micorcarriers, where cells reside and grow, providing low shear stress, high aeration and foam free culture environment, thus enabling culturing of high cell densities.

  • BioNoc™ II microcarrier made from 100 % PET fibers, pore size 50-200 µm, non-pyrogenic, autoclavable, specific surface area 2.400 cm2/g, for up to 1 billion cells/g microcarrier 
  • Different bottles for various applications available
  • The cell mass produced by one BelloCell® bottle is comparable to 20 - 30 roller bottles

GlucCell®

Glucose monitoring system suitable for serum-containing and serum-free culture media of mammalian, insect and yeast cell culture.
  • Palm sized, portable, calibration-free, instantly usable with disposable test strips
  • Glucose concentration in mg/dl or mmol/l
  • Measuring range: 20 - 600 mg/dl (1,1 - 33,3 mmol/l)
  • Precision: > 95 %, Accuracy > 90 %, Linearity: 0.997
  • Direct measurement without requirement to separate cells from culture media
  • Sample volume: 1.5 µl
  • Test result time: 15 seconds
